CP-53 is able to fill the pores between cement particles. At the same time, CP-53 generates gel with hydration product and or with alkaline material Magnesium Oxide. CP-53 can be used to appropriately increase water cement ratio, effectively reduce the density of cement slurry, can increase the compactness of cement paste, significantly improve the compressive, flexural, anti permeability, corrosion resistance, can effectively extend the life of using an explicit of the oil and gas wells.

Product Description :
CP-53 Light-weight additive for oil well cement mainly consists of minuteness silicon powder, which is formed after condensation of silicon dioxide, silicon gas and oxygen in the atmosphere. Silicon dioxide, silicon gas is shaped when metallurgical electric furnace’ temperature goes up to 2000℃ or more.
